At Corraa, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we follow a strict “One-Condition Refund & Exchange Policy”, outlined below:

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

A refund or exchange will only be processed if the product is received in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • To initiate a refund or exchange, the customer must record a complete unboxing video showing:
  1. The sealed outer packaging before opening.
  2. The full process of opening the parcel, clearly showing the damaged product (if any).
  • The video must be uncut and recorded from start to finish, without any pauses or edits.
  • Videos made after unboxing or without showing the original seal will not be accepted.

Non-Eligibility Cases:

No refund or exchange will be entertained for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Dissatisfaction with design or color (as each bottle is handcrafted and may have minor variations).
    • Damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling.
    • Missing unboxing video.

Process to Request Refund or Exchange:

  1. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at: support@corraa.in
  2. Attach the unboxing video + photo of the damaged product.
  3. Our team will review and process eligible cases within 7 working days.
